Bug description
  1. Open settings menu
  2. Click administration settings
  3. The page takes you to personal settings and doesnt directly scroll to adm settings
Steps to reproduce
  1. Open settings menu
  2. Click administration settings
  3. The page takes you to personal settings and doesnt directly scroll to adm settings
Expected behavior

After i click adm settings it takes me to adm settings and i dont need to scroll
