Only owner can see share type (i.e. "Read", "Edit"), but other group members cannot

Hi there,
ok. The title is not very readable, but the issue is real. And the issue is so specific, that my search didn't turn out well.
We are on NC 23.0.9, self hosted.
We have a team with several members. One team member shared a folder (read) and the same once again (edit) - in his account, the two links are visibly marked, see screenshot 1.
The other team member can see the two links, but they are not marked with (read) or (edit). This is somewhat confusing, and could be cleared our by simply adding read, or edit.
Is this just a configuration issue, or are the links generally not marked with read, edit, when you are not the owner of the link? Or is it maybe a bug?
