=====
One of our customers asked us if the option to add a 'template folder' is available in Nextcloud. I checked it but as far as I can see, this isn't possible yet. You can add a template for spreadsheets, text-documents etc., but it would be awesome to make a template folder containing multiple files. A work-around would be possible if you could copy a folder in the same location, but that also isn't possible yet (see https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/18846).
This can be extra useful for project folders which always contains the same set of subfolders, template files etc.
So it could work similair to other templates:
- Click 'New Folder' or 'New preset Folder' if another option is better.
- Get the same popup as a you'd get with a spreadsheet template.
- When you click one of these templates, a folder is created with the same content as the 'template folder'.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named; start by reviewing this issue and the related folder-copy issue #18846. Done means a user can select a configured template folder from the new-folder flow and create a folder containing the template's files and subfolders.
