Describe the solution you'd like
A complete time selection (DatetimePicker) with hours and minutes for the expiration in shares.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating an app to set an additional "soft" limit to prohibit uploads would be my/an alternative.

Additional context
To submit exams via upload, our teachers need the ability to specify an expiration time. (e.g. 2022-03-31 15:30)
