Comments shortcut and/or menu-entry on files and folders view

While using the comments-function it is not intuitive to reach the Comments view for a file or folder. One has always to open the Details of a file/folder and after that can access the Comments.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a Menu entry and/or (even better) make it possible to add a Shortcut to the Comments right beside the Sharing-Shortcut.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative right now ist to non-intuitively click on sharing (or via the 3-dot-menu) on Details and then go to the Comments.

Additional context

Or am I missing some settings where one could already configure this? Maybe via config.php with something like 'default button' = sharing / comments / details ... ?

Start by locating the files-and-folders view and tracing how its existing Sharing, Details, and Comments actions are exposed. Compare the requested menu entry or shortcut with the current navigation, then confirm that the chosen interaction opens the file or folder's Comments view from the listing.
