Description

In the email settings, the sender address is divided into two parts. I don't see the need for this and it prevents me from setting a sender address like "Nextcloud Instance on mydomain <system@mydomain>".

Research direction

Start in the email settings entry point and trace how the sender address is currently divided; the issue names no file or test. Confirm that a display name and address such as "Nextcloud Instance on mydomain system@mydomain" can be saved and used for system emails.
