Description

It does not make sense to show the "Others with access" section in the Sharing sidebar for certain files/folders, like ones which are owned by you and not shared.

(This e.g. includes many files/folders in your root folder.)

Research direction

Start by tracing how the Sharing sidebar renders the “Others with access” section for files and folders owned by the current user. Verify the section is absent for unshared items, including root-folder items, while remaining visible when access is actually shared.
