Description

Steps to reproduce

(requires a mouse with a back button)

  1. Upload a photo
  2. View the photo
  3. Move the cursor to the center of the photo horizontally
  4. Click the back button on your mouse
Expected behaviour

Go back to the in history (to the files or gallery)

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens.

It only works when the cursor is to the left og right. So if there's only 1 photo in the folder, you can't use your mouse button at all.

Server configuration

Docker image 13.0.4-apache on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Client configuration

Browser: Chrome

Operating system: Windows 7

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the photo viewer using the listed mouse, Chrome, and Windows setup, following the steps in the report. Inspect the photo-viewer navigation entry point and determine why the mouse back action is ignored when the cursor is centered. Done means the browser history returns to the files or gallery from any cursor position, including folders with one photo.
