Research direction

Reproduce the problem through Admin - Office settings, then Create a new Dokument and use Pick from template with a long OTT or DOTX name. Locate the template-picker UI involved in that flow; done means the name wraps onto another line without overwriting neighbouring templates, and the behavior is covered by an appropriate UI test if one exists.
