Not sure if this is a regression from https://github.com/nextcloud/registration/pull/411 or something else
Steps to reproduce
- Add a default group
- Make sure it's saved
- Reload the page
Expected behaviour
Group shows as selected
Actual behaviour
Nothing is selected
