Description
When SSO/SAML as well as Direct Login is enabled in Nextcloud, there is a page before the regular login page.
If you have the Registration app enabled, the registration button would, in this scenario, only appear after the user has clicked the "Direct Login" button, it would make sense though to already show the registration button on this very first page.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Trace the first page shown when SSO/SAML and Direct Login are both enabled, then inspect how the Registration app exposes its button after Direct Login; done means the registration button is also visible on that initial page without breaking either login path.
