Please support new types of polls and extend the workflow

The current qualities for a poll with Polls are still very limited.
In addition, the discussion that leads to a vote at all is unfortunately not currently recorded/linked or faded out.

I would like to see an extension of the possible survey qualities.
There is a wonderful open source discussion and survey tool. It's called Loomio. https://www.loomio.org/

In this ticket I would like to discuss with you how polls can evolve towards a more comprehensive and qualitatively deeper workflow.

I would also find a link to Spreed/the Talk apps exciting and useful here.

Scenario: From a chat discussion, for example within a working team, a proposal is created, which can then be discussed further and finally voted on. This concept distinguishes Loomio from common survey tools. For Polls this would be a real improvement for work contexts where sometimes more is needed than just asking for an appointment. Because it includes the importance of the discussion that leads to a vote. And of course the chat would be the right place for that.
The idea would therefore be to be able to create a survey directly from a discussion. Surveys with even more qualities, as I would like to address with the reference to Loomio.
The outcome of a discussion should also always be sent automatically to all participants by email or system message as soon as the vote has expired.

Start by reviewing the existing Polls workflow and the integration points with Spreed/Talk, then compare the requested proposal types with Loomio's documentation. Define the scope for creating a survey from a discussion, recording or linking that discussion, and notifying participants when voting expires; the issue currently does not identify files or tests.
