Description

Some larger societal groups (e.g. ecogood.org) use the voting method of "Systemisches Konsensieren" (I dont know the English term) to make decisions in large groups. Further (German) info, see: https://www.sk-prinzip.eu/methode/

The method allows participants to create their own options to vote for, and asks them to indicate their "resistance" against each option.

Since its a pretty effective way to vote on highly polarized topics, I would love to see it in Nextcloud :)

Research direction

Start by reading the German method description at https://www.sk-prinzip.eu/methode/ and compare its resistance-based voting model with the poll behavior described in this issue. Done means defining and implementing support for participant-created options and resistance voting across the relevant poll flow, with agreement on the expected behavior.
