Research direction

Start by reproducing vault export and master-password changes with special characters on the reported Passman, Nextcloud, PHP, MariaDB, and Apache setup, then inspect the resulting application and server errors. Done means CSV and JSON exports succeed and changing the master password completes without crashing or losing stored passwords.
