[Proposal] Collection of some statistics

Description
Currently we have no clue what software / os are our users using.
This will make it very hard to see if we can implement new features / replace deprecated methods.
This will give us insights on what our users are using and how they use passman.
With those stats we can improve passman even further.
This is the list of the data i would like to collect:
- Number of users
- Number of vaults (per Nextcloud instance)
- Number of credentials (per Nextcloud instance)
- Number of shared credentials (per Nextcloud instance)
- Avg shares per user
- What DB is used
- DB version
- Is caching enabled, if so which
- PHP version
- Webserver (apache or nginx)
- OS + Version +Type
We want to know, what do our users think of this idea?
