Describe the solution you'd like

A way to have notifications to be routed or forwarded to another user in a specified away time or anytime based on user preference.
For example, set to forward notifications when not active to a different user may be one or
set an out-of-office time with an optional other user to forward notifications during that time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Check on things even when I am out-of-office or away or let it go unhandled.

Additional context

I see that there is an absence section where you can set a replacement in personal settings, but it does not forward notifications as far as I can tell so if there could be maybe a toggle for that, and in notifications a general offline forward that might be nice. The user might even filter what is forwarded

Start by reviewing the existing absence section in personal settings and how notification delivery is handled. Define the supported away-time or offline forwarding behavior, including an optional replacement user and any filtering, then verify that the requested forwarding works without affecting ordinary notifications.
