Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a team lead in my organisation I receive a very high number of notifications per day. Notifications can come in through many different applications, such as reminders for a meeting, messages in talk, new submitted forms for customer feedback or community feedback, etc.
I 'close' a notification when I am "done" with the task, however, I cannot always get to do all my open tasks during the day. At the moment I have 25+ notifications that are piling up from previous weeks. Now I miss important notifications about a call that is starting. I also accidentally removed some notifications that I still need to act on but now I no longer remember what it was.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a direct button inside the notification to add the item to a to do list, and also a button to remind me later about the task.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Improving personal organisation :P It's hard.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by identifying how notifications are rendered and how Nextcloud’s to-do and reminder features could receive notification items; define the supported integrations and completion criteria before implementation.
