Description

Hello, I have assigned specific users to a group in Nextcloud—let's just call it the "Test Group."
When I share the file with a specific user, that user sees the Notes file in their account.
However, this doesn't happen when I assign the file to a group—like the "Test Group" in our example. Ideally, all users in the Test Group should be able to see the file, but unfortunately, they can't.

Please let me know if I'm mistaken.

It would also be great if I, as the Notes admin, could grant all users in a group access to a specific category—for instance, giving everyone in the "Test Group" access to that category. That way, everyone in the group would see whenever something is changed or added within that specific category.
Alternatively, there is the "Team Folders" app; it would be useful to be able to specify a category and have everything saved directly to a Team Folder...
The goal is to avoid having to manually share the file with everyone every time.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing group sharing for a Notes file, then determine whether the expected behavior is group access to a note or category access through Team Folders; done should be a clearly agreed scope with working group visibility and regression coverage.
