Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some notes you just want to preview, like your completed study notes etc.
In others, you always want to be in rich text mode because then it's easier for you to use more advanced formatting.
Some only require basic formatting, so it's more distraction-free & more efficient to edit in the plain-text editor.
I'm sure others will have their own reasons (which they can put in the comments).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a button that cycle between the different modes, in the formatting toolbar of note editing pane.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Research direction
Start by examining the note editing pane and its formatting toolbar to understand the existing editor modes and how toolbar actions are wired. Clarify the supported modes and cycling behavior from the issue context and project conventions; done means the requested per-note mode control works consistently in the editing pane.
