Description

I use NExtCloud behind tailScale. when i want to log in on the NextCloud Notes app, i get the following message:
"Login Failed
The certificate for this server is invalid.
You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "xxxxxxxx.ts.net" which could put your confidential inforamtion at risk."

Research direction

Start by reproducing the iOS app login failure against a Nextcloud server behind TailScale and inspect the certificate-validation path used during sign-in. Done would mean determining whether the app can authenticate successfully in this setup, with the relevant certificate behavior covered by an appropriate test.
