Unsupported Direct Editing Not Communicated

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to a server which does not have the capability to offer direct editing which is required for the web-based online editor.
2. Disable the internal editor.
3. Open a note for editing.

Expected behaviour

Tell the user that only the internal editor can be used.

Actual behaviour

The internal editor is used and the user is not told why.

Server configuration

Nextcloud Docker image with Notes app installed.

Insert your browser log here, this could for example include:
a) The javascript console log
b) The network log
c) ...

Reproduce the scenario with a Nextcloud server that cannot offer direct editing, with the internal editor disabled, then open a note for editing. Trace the iOS editor-selection flow to find where the fallback is chosen without an explanation. Done means the user is told that only the internal editor can be used, and the behavior is covered by an appropriate test if the project provides one.
