Description
Hi stefan,
Hope all is well. I would like to request an option to allow the user to use the app as an offline standalone notes app without the need for a Nextcloud account.
The motive: If we envision the best privacy-respecting phone in the future, it would have Nextcloud Notes on it, and just like many users today use Samsung Notes without a Samsung account, it would make sense for Nextcloud Notes to be able to do the same.
Thank you in advance,
Kind regards.

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how the Android client requires a Nextcloud account and handles local notes and synchronization; done would mean a defined accountless offline mode that supports standalone note use without requiring an account.
