Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm using Nextcloud notes to sync my PKM (which includes maps of content and other useful resources) on Android; on my laptops I'm using Obsidian and Zettlr, both options support links and backlinks. I find it hard to navigate through my notes and it gets a bit frustrating, because I spend time building links, tables of content and other tools to find my way. As a result I create a "dump" note where I dump everything and have to sort things every few days, when I'd like to put it in the right note right away without having to scroll.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be super convenient to be able to navigate through my notes and notebooks through backlinks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As a second option, it would already be a great improvement to be able to open folders (in the menu) and see a list of available notes. The main view allows A-Z, Z-A, and most recent, but there's no option to navigate through folders (open folders and see a list of notes). Either that, or make folders in the menu open and the menu scrollable.

Additional context

Thanks for considering my request!

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Android notes client’s main view and menu behavior described in the issue, including notes, notebooks, folders, and links. Clarify whether the intended outcome is backlink navigation, folder browsing, or both; done should be defined by the selected navigation behavior working consistently for notes and folders.
