I love the option to make nice texts, but a lot of time I just need some plain texts. That gives issues them some caracters changes the layout.. 🥴

Just add a plain text option. i.e. the option to turn off markdown (global or by file*)
- I guess that most people will use the one or the other

It is hardly impossible to work on a plain text file in an editor with markdown
