Does not sync

Start in NotesServerSyncTask.java at pushLocalChanges line 151, then follow the call from run at line 100 and reproduce the reported sync failure using the supplied app, server, device, and Android versions. Done means identifying and resolving the RuntimeException so local changes sync successfully.
