Description
This issue respects the following points:
- I have read the FAQ
- I have searched for existing issues
- The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.
Describe the bug
4.3 versions have insanely long loading time in formatted view (like 10 seconds when it used to be immediate in 4.2) and "...was edited outside of editor..." diff popup almost every time for no reason, often showing exactly same content in both columns.

Research direction
Reproduce the regression in the Notes Android app using 4.3.x with the listed server, Nextcloud, and Android versions, then compare formatted-view loading and the edit-conflict diff popup against 4.2. Trace the formatted-view and external-edit handling entry points to identify both regressions; done means loading is responsive and the diff popup appears only for actual content changes.
