Currently, there are no listed Releases on the project GitHub homepage, only tags
Describe the solution you'd like
Would be great to enable Releases in the GitHub workflow to allow more obvious release listings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Have dove into tags, also CI but those aren't the seemingly more standard GitHub Releases workflow/convention.
Additional context
Motivation: Alternative Android install methods/package managers such as using Obtainium to track GitHub releases. This method worked wonderfully for nextcloud/talk-android as it uses Releases
