Disable descriptions in notes list

Hi,

It's an UX request. When we scroll for a note, I think having excerpts may be distracting among notes titles when you start to scroll for finding a specific note. We could let people choosing to focus on notes title only.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could disable the excerpt for notes lists. Then the freed place could be tighten a bit so notes will go closer and the screen space more optimized for browsing large lists.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There could be a switch on parameters which activates or deactivates the notes preview. (Enabled by default to keep the current display)

I made an approximate screenshot of what it could look like. Don't mind at spaces between notes, it's a dirty gimp edit. :)

Start by locating the Android notes-list UI and how note excerpts are rendered, then read the related issue #684 for existing context. The work is complete when users can choose whether notes lists show excerpts, with spacing tightened when previews are disabled.
