Description
Problem:
Before the 4.3.1 update, in the IOS Notes app you could swipe down to exit the current note. after update, swipe down no longer works.
Expected behavior:
Swiping down near the top of an open note will close the note and return you to the main Notes page.

iPhone 15 pro
