Description

If one has a look at the web ui's system info, the uptime shows the uptime for the host, not the docker container. Since the context for the web ui is nextcloud, this seems misleading.

Expected behaviour: show the uptime of the nextcloud instance, in docker's case, the container's uptime.

Research direction

Start by locating the web UI's system information view and the code that supplies its uptime value; no file or test is named in the issue. The change is complete when the UI reports the Nextcloud instance or Docker container uptime rather than the host uptime.
