Description
Description
Allow nc-nextcloud-update to install php8.1 for those who manually updated previously or otherwise did not receive php8.1 despite being on Bullseye, have already updated to v1.50 and Nextcloud 24.0.5 or higher.
This would resolve having to wait for the next tested Nextcloud point release in order to receive latest php8.1
Will come in handy as php 7.4.3 reachs EOL in November.

Research direction
Start by locating the nc-nextcloud-update command and the logic handling Bullseye, v1.50, Nextcloud 24.0.5 or higher, and PHP versions. Verify how manually upgraded systems are detected and how PHP packages are installed. Done means eligible systems can receive PHP 8.1 without waiting for another tested Nextcloud point release.
