nc-update-nc-apps-auto: more info in notification

I like the auto update features of NCP and especially the one doing this for Nextcloud Apps. The only thing which bugs me is the minimum notifications I get when apps get updated. I never know what has changed and always start looking at the respective github pages.

There are for sure multiple ways to implement this and which project to ask or request this, but I just start here.

• The basic implementation would just be to add a link to the respective "Homepage" as mentioned in the App Store for the apps being updated in the notifications.
• Link to the release notes directly, if possible.
• Adding the release notes directly would also be an option, if there is a way to fetch them.
