fails to update feeds and download podcast after switching LTE/wifi or flight mode (Android Pie)

Hi everyone,

I've just install 3 different Pie-roms for my LG G6 h870 and I have the problem with the News app on those 3 roms :
- if I open the News app for the 1st time since I've booted the phone, I can update the feeds and download/stream podcasts :+1:
- if I switch to flight-mode for a while and I come back to cellular or wifi : the News app won't update/download anything anymore
- if I switch from cellular to wifi or wifi to cellular : the News app won't update/download anything anymore
The only solution to update the feeds is to reboot the device completely.

Does anyone have the same issue ?
