[feature request] Scroll State Persistance

It would be amazing if the scroll state on specific items was saved so that if I get 50% through reading an article and come back to it later, the view is automatically scrolled to there.

I think this would be fine to happen on client, especially since I don't think this is something that the upstream news app supports. But at least on android itself, start-and-stop reading would seem pretty common and this feature would really be nice.
