Description

I wanted Maps to see photos on folders by a user on folders shared by another. I found in the list off issues, that I needed to do php occ maps:scan-photos (witch scans any folder, even if I do not want to) for that to work. I also found php occ maps:scan-tracks for the track to be shared.
But, if I well understood, even if mote photos are put in the share folder, they will not be shown for user with access to this folder. Could it be possible to ask for this kind off refresh as the user opens the map ans for the usefull folders only (not all directories owned or shared to this user)

I a very good world, I could appreciate to define what kind off Maps I would like to share. Favourites are welcome. Could they include a folder to scan (with photos and tracks to find) the area to show and the background to show ... and could these favourites be shareable ...
Excuse my english, I could explain that better in french ...

Research direction

Start by reviewing the mentioned php occ maps:scan-photos and php occ maps:scan-tracks entry points, along with the issue's separate requests for shared-folder scanning, map favourites, and command documentation. The issue names no files or tests and does not define a single completion condition, so the scope and acceptance criteria need clarification before implementation.
