Overture Maps Places dataset is a FOSS dataset containing all of Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and TomTom’s business listing data. The map is laden with duplicates, and has a weight option to prevent it, but Overture has more business listings compared to OSM in my experience, and by statistics.

Start by locating how downloadable map layers are currently handled, then determine how the Overture Maps Places dataset would be obtained and represented. Done means users can download an Overture layer with the requested business listings and the feature is covered by appropriate tests.
