I can't scroll horizontally, my mail just gets cut off
Neither works with the mouse (highlighted in red)

Research direction
Reproduce the horizontal scrolling problem in the Mail app using the issue's Chrome, Windows, and mail-content setup, then inspect the frontend entry points involved in rendering the message. Done means long mail content is fully reachable by horizontal scrolling with the mouse and is no longer cut off.
