Description

As I understand, the Priority Mailbox should, give a quick Overview, of what is important to consider in your mail communication.
In the current version of the Priority Mailbox, new Mails are only directly visible on the screen, if "Favorites" and "Important" do not extent the whole screen or are collapsed. As new Mails, that are not marked "important" automatically, may still be important they should be noticeable on screen without scrolling.

Especially on small screens the "Other" should be visible at all time, probably also showing the number of new Messages.
This prevents long scrolling through all favorites. As it is being discussed right now to move "Favorites" out - to the same level as "Priority Mailbox" still it would be nice to have the heading for "others" and may be "new" Mails visible if there are plenty of mails marked important.

Make "other" sticky at the bottom, was also discussed during last contributor week in Mail design review.

Research direction

Start by locating the Priority Mailbox UI and reviewing how its Favorites, Important, and Other sections are laid out on small screens. The work is done when the Other heading remains visible at the bottom without scrolling through long sections, with a new-message count if supported by the existing design.
