Description
Feature Request
I'm one of these persons who sends all emails as BCC to myself. In contrast to just using the sent-mail folder, I know for sure that the received mails are properly sent. And as they appear in my inbox, I can sort them to some specific folders.
Thus, I'm asking for the possibility to set a default CC/BCC address for all mails. As this feature is very common (Thunderbird, KMail, K9Mail), the nextcloud mail app should also support it.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Mail app's settings and message-composition flows, then determine how default CC/BCC recipients should apply to every message. Done means users can configure defaults and new messages include them, with tests covering the behavior.
