Description

This looks like a duplicate of #1957 excepting the reporting template was not used. I think the title and screenshot reveal enough; alas, I'll share my specs:

Expected behavior

Ability to see Mail menu on mobile devices.

Actual behavior

The most recent message in Mail, and specifically the Sender's avatar, occupy the same space as the menu and is not immediately noticeable.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the related issue #1957 and reproducing the Mail app at a mobile viewport using the screenshot and reported layout. Done means the Mail menu is immediately visible and no longer overlaps the most recent message or sender avatar.
