Adding Hotmail accounts to the mail app does not work

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately I cannot add my two Hotmail accounts to the mail app.

I've been trying this for weeks now, registered the domain, the app in MS Azure AD / EntraID (like stated here: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/33/admin_manual/groupware/mail.html#xoauth2-authentication-with-microsoft-azure-ad) and asked in the support section: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/can-not-add-hotmail-accounts/243652, but without any substantial solution.

I end up with these failures:
_**ServiceExceptionCould not decrypt account access token: Missing access token for xoauth2 account

Could not load account mailboxes: Could not decrypt account access token: Missing access token for xoauth2 account**_

Is there a up-to-date step-by-step tutorial / guide, that explains and guides you through this process?
I could to some guessing game with AI, but I'd rather would go for the natural experience and intelligence!

Any help would be desperately appreciated!

Expected behavior

Hotmail account can just added like all other accounts.
