Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a Nextcloud Mail user I want to have the option to have emails automatically deleted past their "expiration date". This is an initiative documented at https://www.zerocarbon.email/argumentation/. When senders take part of the initiative they send a simple header with a date.
Describe the solution you'd like
Offer an opt-in to value the header and have the emails automatically deleted. For best control I would like to have the option to stop the expiry of a specific email.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
Start by reviewing the issue requirements and the linked zerocarbon.email initiative, then trace how Nextcloud Mail receives, displays, and deletes messages. Define how the expiration-date header, opt-in setting, and per-email exception should work; done means expired messages are removed only when opted in and individual exclusions are respected.
