Communication is spread across multiple tools, mostly email and chat. While external communication is usually managed through email, chat is mostly used for internal communication. This "rule" or usage is broken when external information (email) has to be sent to colleges.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to be able to forward a mail directly to a Talk chat/room.
First step: Just be able to show the mail content in a Talk room.
Second step: Beeing able to reply as a Talk room member but not recipient of the mail would also be great. However, this can first be solved by actually forwarding the mail by the user.
