Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of the current version: (stable 5.0), There is no possibility to change the alignment of images when composing an email or setting a signature in the user preferences even when rich text is enabled.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow the user to change the alignment of the image by using the text alignment buttons, the user could also have additional formatting options (like in Microsoft Word) to organize text. Such as having an image aligned to the left and text right beside it.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
Start by locating the rich-text composer and signature editor, then inspect how the existing text-alignment controls are wired. The work is complete when images can be aligned through those controls in both contexts, with text positioned beside an image where supported and the behavior verified in the relevant editor flows.
