Description

Hi,

it would be great if there are options that control what Nextcloud changes and what not. In my case I would like to be able to edit only display name and user groups from within Nextcloud.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the ldap_write_support repository to identify where Nextcloud's editable LDAP user and group fields are defined. The requested behavior is to let administrators choose which fields Nextcloud may change, with display name and user groups enabled while other fields remain untouched.
