Description

Hello, I manage a collaborative working group which use nextcloud and jitsi and, since some weeks, I deployed your nice integration.
I noticed that people get confused because they believe that , when they create a jitsi room, they would do so also for other users, and that jitsi rooms created by others would also appear on their conference tab.
Would it be by chance possible to add a small customizable text section on the room creation page where to explain that the room gets created only for the active user and that therefore needs to get shared manually to the other users?
I guess I could modify the files myself, but these modifications would get overwritten with the first plugin update.
What do you think? Thank you again for this great project!

Research direction

Start by locating the room creation page and the existing configuration or settings entry points in the Nextcloud Jitsi integration. Determine how a customizable explanatory text could be managed without being overwritten by plugin updates; done means the text can be configured and appears on the room creation interface.
