Integration with iPadOS file explorer after recent [28 Oct 2019] update (iPadOS 13.2)

Expected behaviour

When I want to modify a file, I could open it in other applications (e.g. open a PDF in PDF Expert or Acrobat reader). I had the "Open in" option.
I should note that this is still happening in older iPadOS (13.1.3)

Actual behaviour

If I want to modify a file, I cannot open it in other applications (“Open in” option disappears), I should first copy somewhere (e.g. with option “Copy to” PDF Expert) else and modify the copied version.

Steps to reproduce

Install nextcloud iOS app on iPad with the latest update i.e. iPadOS 13.2 (released 28 Oct 2019) and install a PDF reader (e.g. Acrobat reader which is free) and try to open a PDF file from nextcloud in the PDF reader.

I guess in the new iPadOS the integration of nextcloud with iOS native file explorer needs to be updated.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the missing “Open in” option with the Nextcloud iOS app on iPadOS 13.2 and a PDF reader, then trace the app’s file-explorer integration. Done means files can again be opened directly in another application rather than requiring “Copy to” first.
