Description
Expected behaviour
- Media should retain their original filenames, or
- the Nextcloud action's UI should provide and remember for next time an option to turn off renaming, or
- the action should use the renaming option set while uploading from the main app (which it used to do in iOS 12)
Actual behaviour
Media is renamed by Nextcloud.
Steps to reproduce
Select some media from the iOS Photos app, and use the Nextcloud action to upload them.

Research direction
Reproduce the upload from the iOS Photos app using the Nextcloud action on iOS 13.1.2 with app version 2.24.1, then compare its renaming behavior with uploads from the main app. Trace the share action and its relationship to the main app's renaming option; done means the reported media retain their names or the action provides and remembers an agreed renaming choice.
