Research direction
The report concerns the iOS Files app on an iPhone X running iOS 12.1.2 and app versions 2.23.7/2.23.8; it names no source file, entry point, or test. Start by reproducing the “Content unavailable” error and comparing it with the working iPad case, while noting the listed server configuration. Done means the iPhone can display all files reliably.
