Description

Hello, im new to IOS.
On Android never had this Problem.
Yesterday i marked some files and folders for offline access. At this time i was at home and connected to my wifi network.
Then i go out to my Car and out of my wifi network. The download still continue and my mobile Data was used. 2 GB Traffic in 2 Minutes. 😳

Is it possible to add an option that downloads only Starts on wifi access?

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by locating the offline-download flow and the iOS network-state handling, then determine where a WiFi-only option would apply. Done means offline-marked files do not use mobile data when the option is enabled, while downloads can resume on WiFi.
